Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Manage discovery
• Draft and argue motions
• Prepare for trial
• Court appearances
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases
• Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation law and share knowledge with colleagues

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of California Workers Compensation law
• 2+ years experience in workers compensation defense litigation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active CA bar
