Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth)

SonderMind is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our growing network and provide therapy services through our innovative platform. As a SonderMind therapist, you will have the flexibility to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance, while receiving support from our platform.

We handle all the billing for you and guarantee pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows. Additionally, we provide exclusive insurance payor access and stress-free credentialing with major insurers to expand your practice.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP).

Pay: $90-$114 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type and session types.
