Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our TAG FP&A Team as

Manager, Strategic Finance.

We are excited to present this position as part of one of the largest and most rapidly growing retail healthcare providers in the country. This position will partner directly with senior leadership to uncover areas of opportunity and make recommendations that drive tangible business results.

Responsibilities:

Accountability for driving financial results, delivering performance against budget, and providing thought-leadership in support of our growing businessDisciplined management of key operational levers and oversight of company initiatives and pilots. Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and influence leadership accordinglyReporting monthly financial and operational results, with a focus on clear and concise insights and the ability to relate operational actions to financial outcomesDirectly partnering with senior leadership by analyzing, forecasting, and presenting key financial and operational dataBuilding business cases that justify investments, and then measuring performance against target to identify opportunities for improvementGeneral support of the FP&A leadership team as needed. Projects may include ad hoc modelling, forecasting, and ROI/NPV calculations for major initiativesHaving a full understanding of how key metrics are derived and how they are best interpretedEnforcing data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and management reportingMinimum Education and Experience:

BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 5+ years of experience in the FP&A or Strategy function at a mid-to-large sized organization OR experience in a consulting environmentAdvanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Must be strong at financial modeling and presentation buildingComfortable relating operational KPIs to business objectives and financial resultsAbility to find and pull appropriate data, along with validating and reviewing data and reports for accuracy and completionAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment and quickly address changing prioritiesDesire to learn with a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be a team playerPreferred Qualifications:

Retail or healthcare experienceMaster's in business administration or other advanced degree

Starting at $130,000 with a 10% bonus
