If so, we want you to be a key player in our teamWhat You'll Do:Lead & Inspire: Oversee the overall success of the banking center by managing a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch customer service.Drive Growth: Create and implement sales strategies to increase deposits, loans, merchant services, and treasury management. Generate new business by pursuing self-sourced leads and building lasting client relationships.Build Connections: Network, prospect, and develop referral sources to expand our client base. Cultivate relationships with business owners and decision-makers to enhance our bank's market presence.Community Engagement: Actively participate in civic and community organizations to boost the bank's image and market share.Manage & Mentor: Supervise branch personnel, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional internal and external customer experiences. Delegate operational tasks and uphold branch procedures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage effective sales strategies and achieve budgeted goals.Acquire and grow a portfolio of business relationships.Promote bank products and services to target customers.Maintain a strong presence in the community and build strategic partnerships.Analyze team performance and provide targeted coaching and feedback.Ensure compliance with banking laws, policies, and regulations.Who You Are:Skills and AbilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Skills: Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales, with a passion for outside sales and prospecting.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders.Banking Knowledge: In-depth understanding of deposit and credit banking products.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate and lead effectively.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Problem-Solving: Capability to quickly evaluate and solve problems with tact and diplomacy.Education and ExperienceEducation: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a financial institution in roles such as a business development banker or bank manager, with proven success in consultative sales or business-to-business sales.Supervisory Experience: Preferred but not required.Incentives and BenefitsThis role is eligible to participate in a an incentive plan, which can increase your overall compensation.
