QA Manager : Cypress Automation(Remote) Onsite Location : Columbus, OH Qualifications * Develop functional automation scripts with at least 8+ Yrs. of experience in QEA testing and possess Retirement business knowledge * Must have strong experience in Cypress test automation. Demonstrate expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. * Have hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management. Show proficiency in accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards. * Exhibit strong skills in manual testing to identify and document defects. Be adept at REST / API Service Testing for validating API functionality. * Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. * Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle * Have experience working in writing SQL queries Roles & Responsibilities * Develop functional automation scripts with at least 8+ Yrs. of experience in QEA testing and possess Retirement business knowledge * Must have strong experience in Cypress test automation.
