Office Administrator essential tasks:Handle accounts payable and receivableAnswer phones and assist customers with inquiriesOrganize stock and maintain inventoryAssist customers during purchasesAccurately manage cash transactionsUse QuickBooks to track finances (preferred skill)Qualified candidates will have accounts receivable and accounts payable experience. QuickBooks a plus. 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
