Job Purpose This person will be responsible for the development and analysis of HSES data using advanced data analysis and reporting techniques to demonstrate TechnipFMC HSES performance and compliance. The person will lead the evaluation, development, implementation, and maintenance of HSES digital applications/ solutions, aligned with the HSES technology strategy and roadmap, in partnership with IDS, business owners and external vendors/consultants. Person will partner with GBU/REMS HSES teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSES management system, processes, procedures, programs, including GBPMS documentation, in compliance with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements. Person will evaluate and continually improve the HSES management & information systems, processes, procedures, and compliance programs for suitability & effectiveness to minimize HSES risks exposure and enhance HSES performance. Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, development, implementation, and maintenance of HSES digital applications/ solutions and reporting initiatives aligned with the HSES technology strategy and roadmap, in partnership with IDS, business owners and external vendors/consultants, including managing changes & troubleshooting. Administer and sustain the HSES digital systems/ applications and reporting and ensure optimal performance and meeting end-users/internal stakeholders' expectations. Act as HSES Subject Matter Expert and facilitate the information systems configuration, structure, and interface ease-of-use, including providing guidance and training to the system administrators, data contributors, and end users on how to use the applications and ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Partner with GBU/REMS HSES teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSES management system and compliance related processes, procedures, and programs, including communication and training. Lead the communication on changes/updates to HSE management system standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and partner with GBU/REMS HSE team to implement compliance. Provide subject matter expertise, support, guidance, and training on HSE management system and compliance (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), HSES systems, applications, and reporting requirements. Lead networks/workgroups to simplify, standardize and digitalize HSES information systems/ applications, as well as the HSE management system & compliance related improvement efforts. Develop HSES information systems/ applications, management system, and compliance related competencies and training programs in alignment with the HSES competency requirements, in partnership with BU/REMS HSE Management. Support HSE Compliance team to plan and conduct HSE internal audits/ assessments as per agreed scope, schedule, and availability; including providing technical subject matter expertise to deploy relevant HSE compliance related processes/ programs. Analyse, evaluate, and interpret HSES information and data, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with GBU/REMS team to determine decisions/ actions. Profile Degree in related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification. 5-8 years' work experience; with preferred experience: 4 years in technology, information systems and data analytics in HSE domain. 3 years in managing cross-functional teams experience. HSE Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider Track records of delivering impactful business results (e.g., improvement in cost, lead time, health, safety, environmental, quality and operational efficiency). Requires strong ability to simplify complex problems and achieve effective results. Strong facilitation, networking, communication skills, and ability to build and maintain network and relationships vertically and horizontally within the organization and with external contacts. Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage numerous initiatives and people from cross-functional teams simultaneously on a global scale. Strong ability to manage changes and ambiguity effectively in a fast-paced work environment with high degree of autonomy and accountability. Extensive computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including complex data mining, wrangling and presentation through various applications, e.g., software, spreadsheet, presentation, etc. Strong knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of HSES/ business systems/ applications, such as SAP, Intelex, Power BI, Power Apps, Data Management software (e.g., Snowflake, Collibra), etc. Strong knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of effective HSE management system, processes, procedures, and compliance/ regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s). Fluent in written and spoken English. International & domestic travels may be required.
