The role involves troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ensuring the successful delivery of requirements, documentation, technical design, testing, and implementation for custom or vendor-developed applications.This role ensures the smooth operation and enhancement of RightAngle applications, making it a crucial part of the business's technical support and development team.Requirements:Bachelor's degreeExperience with supporting and troubleshooting RightAngle applicationsSQL Server scripting experience for reporting and troubleshootingAdvanced skills in analysis, presentation, project management, and financial analysisExperience in commodity trading and risk managementPreferred Qualifications:Proficient with Openlink Rightangle S14 or higherExperience with customizing and enhancing the RightAngle system using T-SQL, SSIS, and C#Development and support experience with RightAngle (.Net)Knowledge of the entire data flow in Rightangle, including trade capture, contract management, lease center, credit, risk, scheduling, inventory, and settlements.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical and functional support to key business users and technical project support for both vendor and custom-developed applications.Collaborate with functional leads to develop plans and coordinate work across various functional areas of the businessCoordinate and facilitate meetings, documenting key decisions, risks, and issuesWork effectively with minimal supervision, maintaining ownership of specific system areas and/or business users, and managing communications between business and ITSupport and maintain RightAngle, including outbound/inbound interfaces and Web services
