Oracle/Ribbon Session Border Controller Engineer

Oracle Communications Session Border Controller Implementation Essentials• Acme Packet Certified Professional Network Engineer• Experience in administering, engineering and troubleshooting Cisco voice gateways• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting large scale Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) networks.• CCIE Voice / Collaboration.• Excellent knowledge of SIP signaling and call-flows.• Experience in SIP internetworking• Experience in troubleshooting large scale VoIP networks.• Experience with Oracle ACME Packet Session Border Controller (Client).• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing VoIP technologies.• Excellent working knowledge of Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) including G.711 and G.729 codecs, Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) and H323 protocols is required.• CCNA / CCNP Voice.• Oracle / ACME & Client (Session Border Control) experience.• Work with businesses to provide Session Border Controller and voice routing support to meet their current and future operational needs in accordance with Citi certification standards and procedures.• Encourage the adoption of new voice technologies to enhance competitive edge• Perform operational management and system upgrades as needed.• Providing lead engineering excellence and skills throughout all project phases of a given project while complying with standard engineering practices and project management processes.• Participate in Architecture strategy activities when required• Liaise and work with Citigroup’s strategic technology partners when required• Fully complying with all security policies, engineering standards, project management and purchasing processes."

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 per year
