The communications coordinator/senior communications coordinator will help develop written, visual, and multimedia content for a multitude of uses. Our ideal candidate is results-driven, technically minded, energetic, detail oriented, creative thinker and adaptable. Our team is responsible for developing strategic, creative, engaging, and informative content to promote Clarks brand identity and culture for internal and external audiences. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and develop written and visual content for: Internal company announcements and newsletters Company news and press releases Corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, signs, and other collateral Award submissions Company publications, including Clarks quarterly magazine, Superstructure Digital communications platforms, including long and short-form articles for clarkconstruction.com, our corporate intranet, and social platforms Case studies and in-depth articles for print and digital distribution Organize and execute company events, including the management of RSVPs and creating event materials such as invites, nametags, and signage Uphold consistent corporate brand standards in all written communication and visual collateral created throughout the organization Manage the administration of the departments operations including managing vendor processing and payment, maintaining project information, and coordinating department meetings and events Build and leverage partnerships with project teams and clients to create promotional content Develop, own, and assess processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Develop and execute content strategy that furthers the Clark brand and various business unit goals Proactively identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate and win the right work Take an active role in recruiting top industry talent to join the Clark team. Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people Exceed our stakeholders expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals Basic Qualifications: 2 years of relevant work experience or demonstrated communications and multimedia experience. Bachelor's degree Superb writing skills, demonstrating the ability to write in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing skills Command of visual design principles to support appealing and effective communication Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with senior management, supervisors, colleagues, and partners In-depth knowledge of marketing and communication trends Excels at working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Detail-oriented, with a drive to produce high-quality content, provide outstanding client service, and continually improve results and processes Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite video software (Premier Pro, Premier Rush) a plus Experience or interest in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
