Job Description: Parts and Aftermarket HVAC Sales/Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment is an asset but not required
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Some cold calling required
- Expect to spend 50% of your time in front of customers, on the road
- Process incoming bids, projects
- Prepare quotes and present to customers
- Follow up on quotes, and open quote reports
- Actively expand new channels of business
- Work closely with inside sales and purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Report weekly on progress of potential sales
Skills:
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service with previous sales experience
- Become an OEM parts expert with our lines we are exclusive to
- HVAC experience an asset
- Knowledge of water source heat pumps and PTAC's also an asset
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated
- Team player capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Desire to contribute and succeed
