The successful candidate will have a solid analytical background and a demonstrated ability to use data effectively in shaping customer-centered strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance measurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for different Owned channels.Analyze and develop CRM (Salesforce) strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.Use Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to track and analyze customer interactions across various platforms.Demonstrates the ability to make informed decisions on the best methods and techniques to evaluate the impact and success of marketing initiatives.Collaborate with marketing partners to develop effective strategies for campaign reporting and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into customer experience improvements and support overall business goals.Use SQL to analyze data and determine trends, predict outcomes, and offer actionable insights.Lead the development and implementation of A/B tests to enhance customer journey touchpoints and improve conversion rates.Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM and analytics technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.8 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on CRM and Adobe analytics tools5+ years of advanced SQL requiredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email marketing analyticsProficiency in Adobe Experience Platform, including Customer Journey Analytics and related modules.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.Proficient in using data visualization tools (such as DOMO, Tableau)) to present data in a visually engaging mannerFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.#LI-TF1 Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about how we process your personal information, and your data protection rights.At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
