DescriptionIT ManagerDowntown Los Angeles (hybrid 1-3 days onsite per week)$150K - $200K + benefitsWe are in search of an IT Manager situated in Los Angeles, California, who will be a part of our team in the professional services industry. The IT Manager will be in charge of planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day activities of a team of 10 engineers and analysts. This role involves understanding and managing all areas related to cloud infrastructure and applications, network systems, storage systems, and back-end server systems.Responsibilities:• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring efficiency and productivity• Plan and organize the activities of a team of engineers and analysts• Understand and manage cloud infrastructure and applications• Oversee the management and functioning of network systems and storage systems• Handle the back-end server systems and ensure their smooth operation• Ensure the understanding and management of network and firewall configurations, management, and knowledge of routing protocols• Oversee and understand networked storage systems and solutions• Manage and understand Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, Dynamics, and Azure Information Protection• Handle Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, and cloud collaboration and infrastructure• Understand and manage Microsoft SQL Server in DAG configuration• Oversee and understand the knowledge of M365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Office 365Requirements• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services in a professional services industry (preferred)• Prior experience managing teams of 5+ engineers and analysts for organizations of 300+ employees.• Expertise in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management.• Knowledge of Active Directory, Auditing, and Backup Technologies.• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Experience with Palo Alto Firewall, iManage, and MS Office 365.• Understanding of IT project management and ability to lead a team.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience. • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or other IT related fields would be advantageous.• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE CONNECT WITH CATHERINE HAMILTON AT ROBERT HALFJob typePerm
