Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

In this role, you will build and support a suite of powerful AI-driven big data tools that empower users—regardless of technical background—to easily explore data, compose automated workflows, and become self-sufficient in their data needs.THE DAY-TO-DAYDesign, build, and maintain functional, scalable, and extensible cloud-based web applications for SaaS.Develop and support both the frontend and backend of Viant’s AI-powered Big Data Tools.Continuously improve the existing codebase, ensuring high quality and maintainability by writing understandable, testable code.Identify and resolve technical issues while driving innovation to enhance scalability and performance.GREAT TO HAVE5+ years of production-level experience in Java or GoLang.Proven experience in architecting, developing, deploying, and operating large-scale distributed systems.Experience with SaaS platforms or Service-Oriented Architectures.Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in data processing and analytics.Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.LIFE AT VIANTInvesting in our employee’s professional growth is important to us, but so is investing in their well-being.
