Join our Cyber & Strategic Risk Application Security team and help organizations build the application security they need to protect enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other core business applications.Work you’ll doAs a Manager in our Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our Workday Cyber practice and will be responsible for managing opportunities and delivering Workday security and internal controls implementations, assessments, and sustainment projects. Responsibilities will include assessment, design, implementation, and sustainment of Workday end user security, and/or leveraging controls and techniques to help our clients address Workday and broader cyber related risks. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks internal controls (including application security) that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Leverage Workday, third-party or other robotic automation tools to pro-actively monitor and detect security and control risks. Keep up with Workday technical updates and develop corresponding solutions to the Workday practice. Manage and support the growth and development of our Workday Security and Controls team. Learn more about Deloitte Advisory’s Cyber & Strategic Risk practice.QualificationsRequired:6+ years of Workday/ERP security administration and/or internal controls experience5+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, and deploying, and/or administering business and support roles for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Adaptive Planning, Prism and/or Extend, OR other ERP systems3+ years of experience in leading and participating in Workday/ERP security and/or controls design workshops5+ years of experience working with the business process, development and organization change management workstreams on the overall project delivery4+ years of experience in building and updating Workday Segregation of Duties (SOD)/ERP ruleset and performing SOD risk analysis at user and group/role levels4+ years of experience in administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday/ERP4+ years of producing high level design documents highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required process logic1+ year working with Security Event Management (SEM) technologies and processes, including rule sets, standard configurations, and security operationsBA/BS Degree4+ years of project, budget, and resource managementAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Knowledge/experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Workday/ERP security and/or compliance toolsKnowledge/experience in Workday/ERP business process inherent configurable controlsKnowledge/experience in Workday/ERP auditExperience in large and complex Workday implementations and/or administrations with multiple rollouts for countries/regionsExperience in identifying opportunities and selling Workday/ERP security and controls services and/or projectsUnderstand leading practices as it relates to Workday/ERP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementationKnowledge/experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controlsKnowledge/experience in data protection tools and techniquesKnowledge/experience in identity access management toolsKnowledge/experience in cloud security and cloud migrationsKnowledge/experience in broader cyber security topicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious consulting or Big 4 experience preferredProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is desired; Workday certification, e.g., HCM, Finance, Integration strongly preferredThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
