The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the HR Information System, ensuring data integrity, monitoring overall system performance, information security, report generation and analyzing data flows for process improvements. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on the HRIS system, UKG Pro. What You'll Do: Partner: Closely partner with People, Payroll, and IT to ensure successful operation of any integration with HRIS. Support and execute ongoing UKG Pro configuration and enhancement needs for HR business processes (UKG Ready - Time & Attendance, Workforce Management). Ownership: Responsible for overseeing and managing all data loaded into UKG Pro, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity while maintaining data security and accessibility for relevant stakeholders. Support: Provide day-to-day support for issues related to UKG Pro by investigating problems and proactively developing detailed suggestions and processes for resolution of issues. Security: Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within UKG Pro. Data Migration and Cleansing: Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring data cleanliness and integrity when transferring between systems. Reporting: Design, develop and comprehend reports while adhering to internal standards to ensure reuse and maintainability. Documentation: Assist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS related tasks and processes. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with UKG Pro upgrades and new features and the desire to assess and optimize existing UKG Pro configurations. SOX/GDPR Assist, implement, and maintain SOX controls specific to the UKG system. Collaborate with internal audit, external audit, IT compliance, and IT teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and HRIS governance guidelines. HRIS: Manage the HRIS Jira Project and utilize the ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently. Serve as a point-of-contact for escalated technical HRIS issues from stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, and research solutions to improve system efficiencies. Ongoing Innovation & Process Improvement: Configure and maintain UKG Pros system to meet organizational needs. Training & Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to educate UKG users and stakeholders on compliance requirements, control objectives, and their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a strong control environment. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
