Outpatient Psychotherapy Clinician

We are seeking a licensed or licensed eligible professional to provide intake, assessment, and evidence-based outpatient treatment modalities for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns. This position involves conducting mental health and substance use assessments, developing individualized service plans, providing individual and group therapy, and linking clients to community resources. The successful candidate must be willing to provide both in-person and telehealth services. Essential Functions

• Conduct intakes and client assessments
• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups
• Coordinate case management and link clients to community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and prevention services
• Represent clients in court and legal proceedings
• Supervise student interns as directed

Education and Experience

Current VA license as LCSW, LPC, LCP, or LMFT with an advanced degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is required. At least two years post-graduate experience in service delivery with children and/or adults experiencing mental health needs is preferred. Licensed eligible candidates will be considered if registered with the Virginia Board of Health Professionals.
