The Patterson, CA Distribution Center is a Union facility, so shifts are based on seniority.As an Equipment Operator, you will operate power equipment and work with RF scanner to pull product from reserve location.Required QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Ability to read, write, and count accurately.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.Ability to become certified to operate material handling equipment as required by position.Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Ability to lift 100 pounds and work overtime.Able to work in a broad range of temperaturesPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse experienceEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefitsPaid breaksPaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities401 (k) matchInsurance packages availableStock purchase programStore discountsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $29.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
