The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator is a high-energy individual who will be very engaged in what they do and proud of the results and energy. This candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, be a team player, communicate effectively across multiple functions and continuously look for process improvements. Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Procure materials from preferred vendors based on lists obtained from maintenance supervisors and facilities manager
- Maintain organized stock of inventory for commonly used materials
- Receive incoming and inspect orders to ensure the count is correct and the materials are without damage
- Keep an organized and safe work environment
- Collaborate with various internal departments and external customers as needed
- Update inventory daily and obtain lists from supervisors of materials needed
- Coordinate production capabilities with materials on hand and ability to forecast future demand based on customer needs
- Allocate supplies to areas assigned each day or as needed
- Willingness to learn and assume other responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3+ years in purchasing/warehouse/inventory management roles
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to make quick decisions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook is necessary
- Basic mathematical skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
