JOB SUMMARY: Provide support to our Sales Representatives, Travel Partners, Group Leaders, Direct Guests, and other departments within the Company to ensure all meeting space and events are confirmed, venues are blocked, and details are accurately transmitted to the vessels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate events for groups including dining and entertainment requests. Liaise with various departments to obtain any required authorization to accommodate special requests.
- Responsible for entering and updating data into AffairWhere. Responsible for testing system updates.
- Communicate directly with all Ships via email, Teams/Zoom, telephone, and memos to request space, verify measurements and obtain permission for use of space and/or equipment.
- Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers, while adhering to call quality standards, based department compendium.
- Submit Late Order Requests, VIP requests and Visitor Requests to the Ship.
- Process all correspondence and payments; research and process refunds for undelivered items.
- Escort Sales Team Group Leaders as needed for Site Inspections.
- Guide new hires upon completion of initial training as directed by supervisor.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
DEGREE TYPE: High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year experience in a call center, event planning or related travel industry experience.
- Working knowledge of reservation system and customer service experience within a call center environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience with CRS an advantage.
- Must exhibit positive, pleasant, and courteous behavior, as expected within the department while engaging internal and external customers.
- Ability to utilize verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to demonstrate behaviors that support call center performance results in the area of break/lunch adherence, attendance and punctuality.
- Travel may be required.
