• Client is a reputable, mid-sized, GC in the Atlanta market that is looking to reinforce their team strategically for long term growth.
• Love to promote from within - in 2023 - 3 PM's were promoted to SPM and 1 SPM promoted to VP.

Description

• Senior Project Manager that's newer in their career or Project Manager ready to become SPM
• Manage projects in the $30M-$50M range
• Or Manage a team of PM's leading smaller projects
• Leading a team of PM, APM, PE
• Will look at a mix of any large ground up experience
• Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 base, bonus incentives, car allowance 600/month, gas card, phone allowance, standard benefits

Profile

• Technical degree level education in construction or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
