Job Details: • Pay: $120 Hr. • Coverage: ASAP - 3-6 Months, with option to extend • Shift Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM plus Wednesday, & Thursday 8:30a-7:00p. 36 Hours / week • No call • Patient Types: Well Child Physicals (9-12 years), well baby & child visits, immunizations • Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per 8 Hour Day • Support Staff: Full support staff - RN's, MA's, LVN's • EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: 12 Weeks from the time application submitted Requirements: • Active unrestricted CA License • Active DEA • Active AHA BLS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
