Job Profile Summary
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst position is responsible for developing and maintaining the Network’s general ledger, financial report writer and budget vs. actual management reporting system applications and training.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the Network general ledger for structure and consistency.
Assist in the general ledger system upgrade implementation
Build and maintain iViewer security access Network wide
Maintain and Reconcile monthly iViewer Reports
Maintain ERP Report Writer for structure and consistency
Responsible for ERP Report Writer system upgrade implementation.
EPIC to FM Testing Maintenance/New Entity Testing of Interface from EPIC to FM
EPIC System to FM Revenue Reconciliation (Daily/Monthly)
Coordinate and post to the General Ledger the monthly statistics received from the EPIC Team and Analysts/Hospital personnel
Reconcile Workday payroll hours posted to FM on a pay period basis, working with Payroll to clear defaults
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting up to 7 hours per day, 3 hours at a time. Continuously uses fingers and hands for typing, data entry, etc. Uses upper extremities to lift up to 30 pounds. Frequently stoops, bends, and reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation and telephone. Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision and peripheral vision. Visual monotony when reading reports and reviewing computer screen.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Business preferred.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years experience in working with integrated financial accounting systems and financial statement preparation required. Experience in accounting in a multi-entity organization environment. Experience in working with financial report writers.
HOURS:
Days, Monday- Friday, no nights, no holidays, no weekends. Based out of St. Luke's Center, Allentown, PA. Hybrid remote option available for PA & NJ candidates, after training and at the discretion of the manager, based on current business needs.
