Requirements:

2. Active admission to a State Bar.
3. Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
2. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
