JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Technology has a great opportunity for a strategic Director of Human Resources to join a world-class HR team responsible for providing hands-on support and guidance to our Product and Engineering client groups. In this exciting role, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for acting as a thought partner for business leaders and management on day-to-day people matters, help evolve our talent management practices and shape both engagement and culture for Fox Tech. The Director of Human Resources will also partner with the internal COEs such as compensation, HR operations, benefits, recruiting, learning and development, and legal.
This role will report to the Vice President, Human Resources for FOX Technology.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, offering insights on workforce planning, talent management and organizational development.
- Champion and drive a culture of high performance, innovation and accountability while maintaining operational excellence.
- Manage all talent management cycles in partnership with the Comp team.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring demands including retaining top-tier talent and partnering with the compensation teams on hiring ranges.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee experiences. Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience ensuring a positive and inclusive culture.
- Partner with HR leadership and the internal legal team to respond to all levels of employee relations matters and investigate complaints.
- Support ongoing and proactively assess and recommend new HR initiatives based upon business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 7+ years Human Resources experience.
- Experience successfully creating, leading and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives.
- Proven experience and ability to influence leaders with a strong focus on thought leadership and partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to be a strategic self-starter while providing hands-on experience and execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and data analytical skills to identify opportunities for business impact.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is an individual contributor role.
- Experience supporting Tech organizations.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-180,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
