Physical Therapist Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications:Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.Epic experience needed.Must have OASIS documentation abilities.Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York or eligibility to obtain licensure.BLS Certification required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.Physical Therapist Benefits:
