A dynamic company focused on inventing sustainable materials and addressing the environmental impacts of new products is in search of a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Founder. This role combines personal support with light executive tasks, primarily offering remote work flexibility while requiring travel to various residences in Lake Tahoe, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles. Travel will comprise approximately 25% - 40% of your time.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate personal and family schedules, including appointments, events, and activities.Handle travel arrangements: coordinate private jet bookings, car services, and ensure smooth transitions at multiple homes (Palo Alto, Reno, Southern California).Collaborate with household staff, such as nannies, to provide seamless family support.Prepare residences for the principal's arrival, including grocery shopping and home setup.Proactively troubleshoot personal and household matters to guarantee all needs are met efficiently.Maintain around-the-clock availability for any urgent needs or schedule changes.Executive Support Tasks (20%):Work in conjunction with the principal's Executive Assistant to manage calendar appointments and business travel planning.Coordinate business meetings and assist with light executive administrative tasks.Support travel logistics, including occasional travel to prepare accommodations for business or personal trips.Manage special projects and handle ad-hoc requests as necessary.Key Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting high-net-worth individuals or families.Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on optimizing and protecting the principal's time.Professional demeanor that commands respect and a commitment to a long-term career as a Personal Assistant.Ability to effectively manage the schedules of other household staff.Outstanding communication skills for interactions with high-level professionals.Flexible and available during off-hours to respond to urgent needs.
