Marketing Manager I/II – HCP Marketing, QULIPTA
The Marketing Manager, HCP reports to the Associate Director, HCP Marketing - QULIPTA, U.S. Migraine. This person will assist with the creation of HCP marketing materials and providing sales force support. The Marketing Manager will have a critical role developing materials and programs for the brand in partnership with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, serving as the source of brand knowledge and delivery excellence. As a prominent member of the QULIPTA Marketing Team, this person must demonstrate strong competency in communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills to successfully execute against the brand’s strategic plans. Strong collaboration with the Integrated Brand Team and Sales Leadership Teams is essential in this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop HCP marketing materials to pull through the brand strategy, including leave behinds and support with digital selling tools
Provide support for key conventions, to ensure we have a strong QULIPTA presence aligned with our portfolio partners at key conventions
Support sales team execution through the management of samples and sales force resource inventory management
Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve promotional materials
Partner with MABI to gain insights and deep understanding of our customers
Support and participate in business and marketing plans development
Develop robust working relationships with key customers (both internal and external) through exceptional communication and partnership practices
Bring innovative opportunities to differentiate brand and education providers
Collaborate and communicate with multiple agencies and external vendors to plan for, prioritize, and execute brand tactics
Operate in compliance with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies) and applicable external regulatory requirements
Qualifications
BA/BS required; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, sales or marketing experience preferred
At least 1–2 years product management experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Financial/budgetary experience
This role can be hired as a Grade 18 or 19; candidate experience will determine grade

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
