The Endpoint Support Associate Analyst provides Tier 2 technical support, addressing lower to intermediate-level hardware, software, and peripherals issues. This role involves validating knowledge base articles, identifying support gaps for streamlined problem-solving processes, and meticulously documenting all work performed. An integral part of their responsibilities involves clear communication across different organizational tiers and fostering a collaborative and streamlined support process.Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro.At Children's Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. Provides Tier 2 technical support for a wide range of endpoints, ensuring the functionality of desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, and other associated peripherals connected to our network.

Provides Tier 2 support for organizational applications at Children's Mercy, ensuring end users have a consistent and smooth experience.Performs installations of Endpoints, Printers, and other computing hardware and software for efficient use.Assists in organizational project work, contributing to seamless implementations.Reviews and studies established knowledge base articles and documentation for accurate incident and task completion.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience in customer service and/or technical support preferred. ORHigh School diploma, or equivalent, and 3-5 years experience in customer service and/or technical support preferred in lieu of a degree.CompTIA A+ certification PreferredCompTIA N+ certification Preferred

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $24.31/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.Remote Work/Work from Home
