Site Manager

SITE MANAGERLocation: Salt Lake City, UTReports to: General ManagerCompensation: $70 - $75K + bonusResponsibilities & Requirements of the SITE MANAGER:Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain and operations, or related field3+ years experience in site management, production, or manufacturing - preferably in a manufacturing and distribution settingProvide leadership to the site and direct daily operationsStrong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and inventoryAbility to establish production priorities and manage production scheduleExcellent communication skills to work cross-functionally within the organization as well as with suppliers, vendors, and carriersCollaborate with headquarters to ensure consistency of procedures and operationsEnsure and promote a safe working environmentOversee warehouse activities including inventory, cycle counts, inbound and outbound shipments, and freight transactionsManage relationships with freight carriers and brokers, prepare bills of lading (BOLs)Lead all employees at the site including hiring, performance management, and trainingProven ability to function independently while leading a team to successHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (current or future)
