Position: Business Systems Analyst III Location: Eligible locations: Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, Coppell, TX Duration: 6 Months Description: Hybrid - 3 or 4 days in office At least 5 years relevant experience required in technical delivery and project management. Contributes to success by delivering and implementing medium sized projects, processes, and/or programs that streamline operations or enhance service to the business. Responsible for the prioritization and progressive elaboration of stakeholder requirements to enable implementation of a solution that will meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels. Reconciles conflicting requirements, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguishes presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguishes solution ideas from requests. Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery. Delegates project responsibilities and task interfaces, directs, motivates and manages the project work and resources involved within the project. Ensures timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support and administers efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. Facilitate creation of work breakdown structures, develop and update project schedules/plans with actual and forecasted deliverables and manage deviations from plan. Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project. Monitor actual project progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. Produce notifications as appropriate and communicate project status to respective stakeholders and project sponsor. Attend and/or host management and project team meetings as required keeping the project team informed and progressing including project reviews with stakeholders as necessary to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional business and technology development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions. Familiarity with Jira required. Comfortability with creating presentations in PowerPoint required. Experience in Agile Program Management required. Experience in industry preferred.
