This position pays $83,000 annuallyThe Assistant Manager Production Engineer will be responsible for reviewing automated production systems for improvements and modification as needed, and to train staff on proper equipment operations.Responsibilities.Modify Equipment or Processes to maximize efficiencyDevelop and draft new Inspection ProcessesPrepare layouts for new process, select appropriate machinery, tools and equipmentReview and plan projects from concept review to installation and stabilizationDiagnose equipment breakdown and troubleshoot problemsEducate Employees on proper methods of machinery operationCommunicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed to satisfy client's needsFollow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rulesRequirements: Bachelors of Electrical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in automated production, robotics and related equipment.
