The ASIC Supply Chain Program Lead will own all strategic elements of Keysight's Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) including developing, implementing, and managing the procurement and manufacturing supply operations during the New Product Introduction (NPI) and production phases of the part lifecycle.The ASIC Supply Chain Program Lead will be responsible for managing the roadmap of ASICs, partner communications and negotiations for production and end of life / obsolescence, planning and scheduling work orders, managing build priorities across semiconductor wafer fabrication foundries/external suppliers, and coordinating the packaging and test internally and with external vendors.Responsibilities:Partner with R&D groups to execute roadmaps and NPI plans, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.Develop build plans from demand requirements for wafer fabrication, package assembly, and test by applying capacity, yield, and test time constraints. Communicate these plans to 3rd party factory vendors, drive vendors to commit and deliver to Keysight's needs, ensuring on-time delivery to fulfill demand needs for both semi-finished and finished goods inventory levels.Manage products from inception to obsolescence in a high mix/low volume environment; this includes both standard package types and custom Keysight designs.Manage critical product lifecycle checkpoints and processes to support both NPI and End of Life (EOL) requirements with R&D and order fulfillment groups. This additionally includes developing, documenting, and executing plans of record with all stakeholders.Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.Understand complete supply chain and partner needs to prioritize builds accordingly.Identify and mitigate assurance of supply risks.Manage multiple critical suppliers with a focus on long-term support and implementation of supply agreements.Contribute to inventory management and reduction programs.Prepare status reports for upper management regarding status of the ASIC Program and impacts to Keysight.Develop manufacturing solutions using ERP and MES tools for sustainable support.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related fieldsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsExperience in working directly in ERPs for planning and BOM/Router attribute managementExperience working with cross functional teams with a collaborative perspectiveExcellent communication skills.Has led large, challenging projects with autonomyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the semiconductor industryExperience with low volume/high mix manufacturingProject / Program Management experienceExperience working in a high-paced, ambiguous environmentCareers Privacy Statement
