We have developed a 360° expertise from strategies, operating models, Executive-level supports to Incident Response, Red teaming, security architecture with a focus on major transformation programs, and more.At the crossroads of management and digital consulting, you will assist large organizations - including FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and CAC40 clients - in their most critical transformations. Our key objectives are to align cybersecurity strategies with client priorities and organizational goals; support top management in achieving their security targets through pragmatic solutions; and foster a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management across the organization. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements:Innovate for Clients, Partners, and EmployeesDevelop and implement strategies for:Identity and Access Management (IAM)IT and OT Cybersecurity ConvergenceTechnology & Asset ManagementThird-Party Risk ManagementFacilitate innovation that enhances security posture and operational efficiency.Protect ClientsDefine security principles and architecture.Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments.Integrate security measures into projects to ensure alignment with business goals.Lead incident response efforts and manage crisis situations to enhance resilience.Ensure Operational ExcellenceConverge cybersecurity with operational resilience.Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity initiatives.Manage risk effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations.Oversee program development and management for ongoing cybersecurity efforts.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engagements
managed by more experienced consultants from whom you will learn the basics of consulting core competencies.Work with teams on projects
for the business lines, functional teams, and technology departments of our clients from strategy definition to implementationBring strong learning abilities
and be proactive to better develop consulting skills and become more autonomous.Perform accurate assessments and analysis
of client activities, manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels and assist clients in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem-solving, and team building.Structure, write, and deliver quality work documents
with oversight from others, ensure all information related to the assignments is circulated correctly, and alert colleagues/superiors of any difficulties.Collaborate/Coordinate
across the different Wavestone teams to participate in local and global firm development.Continue to up-skill
