Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for the following:Support all creation and development of SCA Health’s engagement marketing campaigns or programs including coordination, creation, and trafficking of marketing/digital content visuals and asset deliverables for online/offline marketing requirements.Manage implementation & maintenance of Online Reputation Management for partners (Birdeye)Take ownership of processes and drive improvement initiatives by presenting thoughtful solutions to identified challengesWork with key stakeholders across all SCA Health cross-functional teams, and business partners, as well as legal to secure necessary reviews/edits/approvals.Partner with marketing teammates, business partners, and or vendors (if applicable) to ensure development, production, and execution of all marketing activities.Support marketing plan development for strategic projects or new corporate initiativesConduct reporting and monitoring needs of marketing performance and ROI.Establish competitive and market research analysis and reporting across business initiatives.
Qualifications
3-5 years of marketing development/administrative and support experience is requiredAssociate or bachelor’s (preferred) degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field or equivalent work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and with design knowledge and experience working within Adobe CC, Photoshop, and IllustratorProficient in ORM platforms such as Birdeye, Reputation.comExperience with project management software, marketing automation and CRM software desired (JIRA, Asana, Wrike, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, etc.)Knowledge of general website analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, PiWik Pro a plus, Google Business Profile Management)Perform additional duties as needed to support team goals and ensure smooth operations.USD $70,000.00/Yr.
