Sanctuary Recovery Centers is expanding, and were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our growing team! If youre enthusiastic about helping individuals on their journey to recovery and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting individuals facing substance abuse, trauma, post-incarceration syndrome, and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Youll work in a collaborative environment, alongside a team of behavioral health specialists, case managers, and under the guidance of our Clinical Director. What Youll Do:

Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients needs and create personalized treatment plans. Develop and adjust treatment strategies based on individual progress and goals. Facilitate group therapy sessions following a structured curriculum. One-on-one counseling sessions to track progress and adjust care as needed. Collaborate with the case management and treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care. Utilize clinical techniques like motivational interviewing, CBT, and other modalities to guide clients toward recovery. Provide support for clients with substance abuse and mental health issues. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and therapeutic interventions. Work closely with clients to help them set and achieve their personal recovery goals. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they are on track for success. Promote positive coping techniques, self-reflection, and healthy interpersonal relationships. Provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that therapy addresses both emotional and behavioral needs, promoting sustainable change. Write and maintain thorough documentation, including medical and referral notes. Assist clients in identifying personal goals and building recovery plans with the necessary support and resources. Observe and report on any significant behavioral changes to ensure patient safety and wellbeing. Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement in the recovery process. Participate in regular team meetings, ensuring that all treatment decisions are made collaboratively. Stay updated on current therapy practices, continuously improving your methods and approaches.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in Behavioral Health required. Licensure: Must hold a valid Arizona license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LASAC, or LAC or LMSW Skills: Proficient in KIPU and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certificati ns: Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience: Proven experience in a clinical counseling role, with a strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders.
