Overview

We are currently in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join Thermon's family.This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing and communication strategies within Thermon globally. The role works in coordination and under the direction and alignment with the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing, & communications leadership teams respectively.Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing, the ideal candidate is a collaborative, committed individual who can translate our solutions, technology and business model into an easy to navigate online experience for our customers, investors and employees.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Develop and implement comprehensive internal & external communication strategies and plans to effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and regional key messages to stakeholders, employees, other internal audiences (e.g., sales representatives, employees etc.), and the markets we serve.

Develop and implement strategies to engage and communicate with external stakeholders, such as customers, sales representative and internal customers.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance leadership communication globally.

Lead strategy and develop content for communications across numerous mediums (the company intranet site, presentations, newsletters, blogs, social media, memos, printed flyers, videos, etc.) to gather information and create compelling internal and external content.

Collaborate with key stakeholders such as SLT, HR, IT, Finance, HSE, etc. for above.

Develop and implement strategies to gather employee feedback and measure employee satisfaction globally.

Plan and execute internal events and campaigns to promote employee engagement, wellness, and organizational initiatives.

Function as a point of contact for media inquiries to ensure that relationships with media representatives and outlets are managed, including proactive media pitches, press releases and media kits to generate positive media coverage.

Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation within the communities we serve and across key stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and industry associations.

Oversee the development and production of external communication materials, including newsletters, website content, and social media posts.

Provide training and support to leaders and employees on effective communication practices.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication channels and make recommendations for improvements.

Manage and lead staff: Oversee day-to-day team operations, provide guidance and support, foster a positive work environment, and ensure staff performance aligns with organizational goals.

Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the industrial settings.

Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.
