Clinical Wound Care Specialist

Bethesda is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as a Clinical Wound Care Specialist. In this role, you will oversee and manage our skin care program and provide expert consultation on wound care. Responsibilities include tracking trends in wound care, collaborating with corporate teams, and developing education programs for nursing staff.Graduate of accredited school of nursing with current licensureBachelor's degree in nursingCurrent RN licenseCertified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Certified Wound, Ostomy Nurse (CWON) required, or willing to obtain within six monthsThree to five years of recent nursing experienceOne year management experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and planning skillsAbility to manage diverse activities in a potentially stressful environmentPhysical capabilities for lifting, transferring residents, and performing necessary tasks
