Urgent Care Physician Position - Eastern Oregon; La Grande Position Details - Full-time, permanent - Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic - Clinic open 10 hours a day, Monday-Sunday, with 4 shifts per week - Average 25-30 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day - Brand new facility with x-ray on site, opened in Fall 2020 - Epic EMR Position Benefits - Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($300k+), including: - Annual quality incentives up to $45k - RVU bonus based on annual threshold - Commencement bonus of $30,000 - $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription, plus paid CME time - Student loan assistance - Hospital employed - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice - Open to new grads (based on experience)
