7:00am - 3:30pmLocation : 4040 7th Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102___________________________________Introduction:We are currently searching for a reliable, team-oriented Production Lead with a strong attention to detail to join our team. As the production Lead, you will be a critical member of our production team, ensuring the efficient and effective running of our production process. You will be responsible for leading a team of production personnel, setting up and maintaining production lines, monitoring production processes, and resolving any issues that may arise. You must have excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering a quality product. All SunButter employees are expected to maintain a safe workplace environment, adhere to quality standards, and help support the team towards achieving their shared goals.Job Responsibilities:Manage the production process and monitor production staff to ensure tasks are completed to meet customer requirements and production goals.Train and assist production personnel in running and maintaining production & packaging equipment according to quality standards.Ensure sufficient packaging and other production materials are on hand to ensure no interruption in production. Communicate low inventory or material levels to production manager.Removes spilt or rejected products and recycles in appropriate methods.Understand and comply with all current GMP, safety rules and regulations.Production Leads must maintain quality standards and may be asked to sample products and compare them with established standards.Ensure that all relevant safety regulations and procedures are strictly adhered to.Record production data such as quantity produced, downtime, and scrap.Use knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices as they apply to storage of food product in performance of all duties.Assist in other production lead-related tasks as needed.Job Requirements:Ability to motivate and lead a team.Proven experience in a manufacturing production or lead roleAbility to read and understand different product SKUs.Knowledge of safety procedures related to production processes.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work on a production line and meet deadlines.Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift 25-50 lbs.Benefits:Competitive payPaid time offPaid HolidaysMedical, dental & vision insuranceLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability insurance401k & company matchProfit sharingOngoing job skills and learning opportunities.Employee Assistance ProgramRed River Commodities and its subsidiaries are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
