Responsibilities
The
Diligence Manager
will be accountable for coordinating all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including:Reviewing the work of the D&I analysts on their projectsSupporting cross-functional teams and projectsDelivering accurate and timely project plansCommunicating effectively with all parties, calibrating to each audience appropriatelyProviding disciplined decision support always involving SCA Support Services expertsAnticipating barriers in the diligence process and working to find solutionsBalancing SCA diligence and integration requirements vs. customer expectationsSummarizing diligence risks and solutions to the deal team and executivesPerforming on-site visits as required to ensure project success and physician satisfaction
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree4-5 years of relevant work experienceExceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environmentStrong leadership skills including conflict resolutionAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadershipDemonstrated success in supporting complex projects and interfacing with matrixed teamsAbility to work effectively with large teams within an organizationGood general business acumen, capable to analyze complex business problems and provide solutionsEmotional maturity and personal security—self-aware, completely accountable to outcomes, and accepting of constructive feedbackUSD $88,000.00/Yr.
