This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to apply their knowledge and expertise in automation systems, conveyors, palletizers, ABB robots, and Fanuc Robots. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our cutting-edge automation systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and meet the company's operational needs.Responsibilities: Provide technical support for automated production systems including troubleshooting and repair of existing systems and the installation and commissioning of new ones. Perform routine maintenance on automation equipment to prevent system malfunctions and preserve system longevity. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency, safety, and performance. Collaborate with the engineering team to design, program, and test automation systems. Diagnose and repair issues with ABB and Fanuc Robots. Train and guide staff on the operation and maintenance of automation systems. Maintain detailed records of system inspections, maintenance procedures, and repairs. Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation technology and industry trends.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Automation Systems, conveyors, palletizers, ABB robots, and Fanuc Robots. An associate degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and robotic systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient with various testing and diagnostic tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
