(Programa de Beneficios de ABM)The Lead Corrugate Tech is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners

Essential Functions

Plan, prioritize, assign, review and participate in the work of personnel in Facility Operations.Provide direction and guidance to personnel in the correct procedures to repair equipment and materials used to complete required maintenance.Schedule and plan work orders and preventive maintenance to complete job assignments within target deadlines.Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly.Train personnel in preventative maintenance, technical procedures and safety inspection of all repairs.Coordinate and communicate the repair and maintenance activities with other site operations to reduce or prevent downtime.Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems and equipmentWillingness to Work at Various Heights: The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in elevated environments. This includes tasks that may require being at different heights for extended periods.Ladder Climbing: Regular climbing of ladders is a critical part of this position. The candidate must be capable of safely ascending and descending ladders of various sizes and types.Utilizing Various Lifts: Proficiency in operating a range of lifts is essential. This involves maneuvering scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices to reach higher areas.Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and/or Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GEDMinimum of five years experience in the repair and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems and equipment in a commercial or industrial settingKnowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques.Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.Skill in using hand and power tools.Must be authorized to work in the US.#100
