For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Offer Management / Product Management team in Power Systems to support the Integrated Equipment product line.
Locations: Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, Columbia, SC
The US Offer Management team is responsible for owning the outcomes of each product line in a multi-billion dollar, electrical distribution & management portfolio. As the Product Manager for Integrated Equipment, you will work with cross-functional US teams from the product management, product marketing, specifier marketing, digital marketing, design engineering and sales organization. In this role, you will support various activities including go-to-market and launch plan development, marketing asset creation, product specification design and creation, and asset organization in various databases for growth acceleration programs and to help grow the US project opportunity pipeline.
What will you do?Market Segmentation: Work with Offer Managers on key products to assess profitability & growth for certain segments/areas and develop an actionable plan to drive profitable growth in identified segments.Digital Marketing: Assist in updating brochures and/or web media to modernize and promote offer collateral. Work with marcom team and offer managers to manage the project to enhance marketability through digital channelsPricing Excellence: work with finance & pricing team to evaluate pricing by product line and create a review process to evaluate pricing team's performance monthly. Provide guidance and oversight & deliver agreed upon margin expansion targetsMarket Analysis: Analyze key market areas and assist in putting together a competitive profile for go-to-market strategy discussions. Up to and including making recommendations for which market areas to focus on and/or which offer gaps existWork with product marketing to help audit and organize product assets to improve specifications and digital customer experienceSupport of go-to-market and launch activityLaunch and promote new digital tools and softwareWhat skills and capabilities will make you successful?BS in Engineering, Business Science, or Engineering Management, or Science degree OR Marketing with a Technical/Engineering aptitudeFamiliarity with integrated equipment and electrical equipment preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and consistencyAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeAbility to work in a cross-functional environmentExperience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Electrical products preferred
