Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. The primary role involves the assembly of harnesses using various hand tools, boxing and packaging of products, and reading blueprints and schematics for assembly directions. This position requires attention to detail and precision, ensuring all products meet client specifications.
Responsibilities
Assemble harnesses using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
Box and package products after assembly.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly directions.
Use measuring tapes to ensure all products meet client specifications.
Perform light wiring tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools including wrenches and screwdrivers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with mechanical assembly and fabrication.
Basic welding and drilling skills.
Competence in using measuring tapes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with fabrication and welding techniques.
Ability to work with measuring tools and read blueprints.

Work Environment
The position is based in a fabrication shop that can be loud, hot, cold, and is relatively small. The role requires working in varying temperatures and conditions, ensuring safety and precision at all times.
