Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customersThe Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts...)Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive modeBe the local expert of the traceability system for the manufacturing floor.Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAsCreate and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sectorLead continuous improvement on its perimeterProvide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution, contribute to process/control capability implementation.Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sectorThis job might be for you if you have:Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)Want to gain more experience with 8D problem solving methodology, tool utilization (i.e. 5Why, fishbone (cause and effect), etc.)Six Sigma knowledge
