**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH)
**Must-Have:** Availability for major holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
**Job Description:**
- Participate in an 8-week holiday incentive assignment.- Work with patient populations ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.- Handle mixed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and intermediate patients, including a small neuro population.- Manage respiratory and cardiac cases, including titrating cardiac drips.- Be flexible to handle assignments that could include all PCU, all MS/Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS/Tele, depending on patient acuity and staffing.- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4-5 with a high staffing ratio.- Utilize Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems efficiently.- Follow dress code with navy blue scrubs.- Work every other weekend and float within the facility as needed.- Ensure compliance with mandatory flu vaccination, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.- Submit compliance documents promptly to ensure an on-time start.
