Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to provide career opportunities to neurodivergent candidates through a blend of digital learning methodologies, content development, and hands-on facilitation. The ideal candidate will craft and deploy blended learning curriculums, design assessments, and prepare candidates to meet specific career requirements. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of participants.

Partner with coordinators and functional team members to transition candidates smoothly from recruitment to session participation and beyond.

Drive continuous process improvement and act as a change agent, supporting growth and development.

Assess and guide placement determinations, providing supporting documentation and narratives for each candidate.

Facilitate multiple-day Talent Discovery Sessions for our neurodivergent portfolio.

Compile key result metrics to be shared with senior leadership.

Ensure the highest level of protection of employees' rights to privacy regarding records and confidentiality.

Perform all other L&D-related duties as requested.

What You'll Need

Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or related roles within a corporate setting

Comfortable delivering training in a virtual environment for extended sessions (up to 8 hours a day, ranging from 1-3 days)

Proficient in assembling and facilitating established learning content

Strong MS Office skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization

Flexible and able to multi-task, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and support partners

Strong listening skills

Self-starter with a commitment to achieving objectives

Detail-oriented with solid documentation and organizational skills

Ability to travel as needed on a very limited basis 10-15%

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3 years of relatable experience

Experience with Adult Learning Theory and Development

Knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent individuals

Familiarity with Adobe LMS or similar systems

Working knowledge of ADA compliance and accommodations

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
