Company Overview:

We are an established organization specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Our goal is to create meaningful changes in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in our mission.

Pay Rate: $27-30/hr

Schedule: Full Time, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain HR systems and processes

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.

Design and implement employee retention strategies

Promote adherence to our mission, values, and culture within the workplace.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee data.

Update and maintain certifications for all employees.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.

A minimum of 3-5 years of human resource management experience is preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

Excellent record keeping and documentation skills.

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Experience in the field of healthcare, particularly behavioral health, is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Experience working in the ABA or related healthcare industry.

Knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the field of ABA.

Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
