This permanent position is a key role within our organization, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GMP, FDA, HACCP, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, automation, and conveyer systems. With your expertise, you will ensure our production machinery and equipment are always in peak operating condition, supporting our commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety.Responsibilities:1. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal operation.2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in production machinery and equipment.3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.4. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.5. Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.6. Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to ensure food safety.7. Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), automation systems, and conveyer systems.8. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow efficiency and minimize production downtime.9. Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.10. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Manufacturing industry or a similar role.2. Proven expertise in GMP, FDA, HACCP, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, automation, and conveyer systems.3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as safety regulations and procedures.4. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. High level of physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.8.
